New passenger routes connecting Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay officially began operating in April 2026. Four approved routes now allow tourist boats to travel between Quang Ninh and Hai Phong, creating a more connected journey through the World Heritage area. Visitors can combine limestone caves, peaceful beaches, fishing villages, kayaking, and swimming within one flexible itinerary.
